As the survey manager, Mr. Madrid performed an ALTA Survey, a Topographic survey, and created access easements for this 12-acre site situated in Fort Worth. He was also responsible for the building layout of this 102,317 SF project. His construction staking services included a quality control review of civil and architectural plans provided by the client, verification of existing boundary corners, and establishment and verification of horizontal and vertical control.
