Mr. Madrid served as the survey manager responsible for survey services and engineering support on this multi-phase residential development. Mr. Madrid managed the horizontal and vertical control, title surveys platting, easement exhibits and legal descriptions, and construction staking for streets, pads, and utilities, which included two miles of grade stakes for a watermain and one mile of grade stakes for sanitary sewer expansion.
